App Overview:
Our app provides real-time insights into the status of all ongoing orders within your organization. It accounts for lead times, blockages, delays, and resource availability, enabling you to efficiently plan and allocate the right resources. This ensures optimal resource utilization and streamlines order execution, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout your operations.
It properly links all the related purchase orders (POs), manufacturing orders (MOs) and delivery orders with the sale orders (SO), providing better visibility in the order progress and demand forecasting.
Context:
Products Forecast Page:
The figure below shows the forecast for all the products with their components and sub-components and the related information with the progress bar of all the ongoing sale orders.
Demand Forecasts Page:
This page shows all the necessary information pertaining to all the ongoing MOs and planned MOs along with their opening and closing balance as shown in the picture below:
App Flow:
We first need to start by creating a sale order for products and confirming it. When we confirm the SO two smart buttons appear on the upper right corner and a progress bar on the form view.
Forecast View:
The picture below shows the forecast view when we click on the forecast smart button on SO. Get a snapshot of status and progress of all the products associated with the SO.

The figure below shows the products forecast in graph view.
Forecast "Buy-type" Product Form View:
The image below shows the forecast form page for buy-type product with necessary information on their replenishment routes, relationship with the main product, lead times and the linked POs.
